With most of 2018 behind us, this year has been pretty good for games. It's definitely not over yet, though. The rest of this year holds probably the biggest releases yet. Here's what I'm looking forward to playing!

Those are my definitely going to plays. There are a few games, like Battlefield V and Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom, that I might pick up but haven't decided.

That list is simply overwhelming to me. I don't know how I'm going to find the time to play all of them. In many cases, huge titles are releasing on either the same day or only 2 days apart. Look at November!

Let me know if I missed anything on your list.

  • Spider-Man PS4 just came out and is amazing, if you’re into that kind of thing. Beautiful open world-ish gameplay and a fun and deep story.

    • I agree. It’s amazing. I love how it feels more like spiderman than any of the movies ever did and yet it feels like you are playing a movie.

    • Graev is playing A LOT of Spider-Man. I might borrow it from him. The Spider-Man games have never really been my thing, but I totally see why people love this one.

  • Another one I’d add to the list is the new Tomb Raider game. Comes out in a couple days. I found the last two of this “rebooted” series really good, looking forward to the new one. They are revolutionary games but they are very well executed with a high degree of polish.
