Here’s where you come in. We’re of course going to try our best to get a hands on with each of these games and gather as much information as possible to form our impressions. However, we want to make sure that we get the information that you are interested in as well. If you have any requests or questions pertaining to these games that we might possibly be able to fulfill then please leave them in a comment here.

Additionally we want to know if we missed any major titles that you’re interested in. If you think we need to check out another game (although I think we have pretty much every game worth playing on this list) then please by all means list it here and we’ll place it into consideration (no promises).

For those who have not been following our E3 posts let me fill you in on what we’ll be doing over the next four days. We leave tomorrow (Monday 14 July) in the mid-afternoon and will arrive in Los Angeles in the late-afternoon to early evening depending on traffic. We’ll grab our press credentials at the convention center then head to our hotel room. Monday night we have a meeting with the people from IGN where we will have a more finalized schedule. After this meeting we will head back to our hotel room and have time to blog about it all and fill you guys in on our tentative schedule.

We’ve been invited to the Nintendo E3 Media briefing on Tuesday morning at the Kodak Theatre and unless we have other appointments that conflict with that briefing we plan to be in attendance.

Throughout the week we will be blogging about our time at E3 as much as possible.  We will also be taking video, audio recordings, and pictures of as much stuff as possible.   If you’re interested in all that good stuff then be sure to check back regularly throughout the week. 🙂

  • Owww I wish I could be there. I am so into looking how WAR is looking now, or what the news on Spore, Ghostubsters game…

Anyway, I wish you have a great time! 😀

  • Any info on Too Human is good info, the game looks like it can be great, but I’m still not completely sold on it.

Fable 2, Fallout 3, The Force Unleashed, LOTR Conquest, WAR obviously… as much info as possible for those titles is greatly appreciated.

I think you guys basically listed every game I’m interested in, I don’t see anything missing really.

  • umm yea is Blizzard there? they have d3, starcraft 2 and wow xpac…

of that list i’m most interested in hearing from Spore

  • Blizzard pulled out of E3 about a month ago or more I believe. We’ll look for them – but I believe they’re gone.

  • Neverwinter Nights 2nd expansion Storm of Zehir! Where they will go back to full party customization and enable more freedom in exploring (like in Baldurs Gate)

  • Sounds like a blast.

WAR info is always appreciated. Maybe check and make sure that many of the assumptions are correct that the Warrior Priest and Disciple of Khaine can fill in as tanks early on if need be.

And did I miss DragonAge on your list!? Come on! 🙂

Be safe and have a great time.

  • Battlefield Heroes info would be neat. Can’t wait to hear what you guys find out about Star Wars:Unleashed , Warhammer and Gears of War sequel as well. Have fun guys.

  • I have a question about Call of Duty: World at War.

My question is this: why… O WHY, are they returning to WWII ? Has that era not been thoroughly beaten into the ground by games ? I feel as though ever new WWII game that comes out is just another kick to that poor horse.

I was overjoyed when I heard that COD4 was going to be set as a modern warfare game, and destroyed when I learn that COD5 was going back to WWII. What does the COD franchise have to offer that will actually convince me to give the WWII genre another go ?

I’m a huge COD fan and I’ve followed their games through the years, and though I will likely buy World at War, I will only do so begrudgingly. I’m tired of WWII. We’ve finally moved on and I would have liked to have kept it that way. Unfortunately this is no longer the case, and I hope that they have a GOOD reason for this.

  • Oh and find BioWare and prod them of course for info on their MMO, but somehow I’ll doubt they’ll say much. Still, worth a shot.

  • @Jaspr: Part of me thinks that it’s because they’re leap froggign development between Infinity Ward and Treyarch. Treyarch will probably do the WW2 stuff and Infinity Ward will stay modern. Good question though and I’ll see if I can get an answer.

@Rog: Definitely Left4Dead and Fable2 – two of the MUST haves on my list. I’ll see if I can prod enough to get them to say anything.

    @Railith: Graev will definitely try.

    @Bartlebe: Whores indeed. 🙁

@Madi: BF:Heroes will be there. I’ll add it to my list of checkouts.

@Regis: Thanks for reminding me! I’ll see how much info I can get about their return to the BG2 style.

@Ruur: I’ll see if I can get to Dawn of War 2. I would like to see how different it is from DoW1. From the videos it doesn’t look too different which is why I’m hesitant to anticipate it all that much.

  • E3 technically starts on Tuesday and lasts until Thursday. (15-17th of July) but some companies jump ahead and do stuff on Monday (Like Microsoft’s media briefing).

There will be video and pictures on the blog. 🙂

  • Wow, sounds awesome! Have fun!

If you get a chance to check out Puzzle Quest: Galactrix, I’d be curious to know what you think. And anything about Chrono Trigger for the DS.

    Plus Warhammer.

  • Ok, are you guys not paying attention to Empire Total War at all?

Its going to be at E3 too and they have released a video trailer which actually gives the exact date of release.

They are going to have some very good info about this game at E3.

  • Blizzard pulled out cos soon (they will take over the world, but also) their own con will be bigger.

  • Just saw the Fallout 3 E3 gameplay trailer. All interest in the game just died for me. They should have called it Elder Scrolls: Fallout, but of course that would scare the fallout fans away.

No turn based tactical combat to be seen anywhere, just 3rd person over-the-shoulder hacking and slashing, err, shooting and fragging.

Pardon me, I’m going to go cry in a corner now.

  • The elimination/reduction in DoW2 of basebuilding (it’s not yet clear which), and the addition of persistent RPGesque squad-leader character development sounds like it will change the way the game is played quite substantially.

Of course, it’s hard to tell how those architectural changes will affect on-the-ground gameplay in battle – possibly just a step closer to Codex, with a modest evolution in playstyle. I can accept less than a revolution on this front, because the core DoW1 squad RTS mechanic still seems to work (see CoH).

But still, Relic seem to be taking this chance to give at least half of the game a very serious revamp and that alone warrants my attention. 🙂

The new E3 CGI Eldar/Imperium trailer looks yummy. Whatever could that mysterious cloud in space be? *cough*
