  • Audio quality is awesome now guys!

AoC Delay: If that bit of information is actually true, not only is it juicy, but it hurts my opinion of the game. The combat was the main thing drawing me into AoC as I thought it sounded pretty fun and based more on the players skill than anything. If they are changing that core system based on beta tester feedback then I’d have to question the feedback.
I had thought the delay was because of the 1-20 introduction to the game. I think GWJ’s episode 46 had an interview with one of the devs and he went over the revamp there.

LotRO and PvMP: I’m pretty sure you are right in that the PVP aspect of LorRO was added late in development, but I remember the devs saying that “no matter what, the creeps will always be underpowered freeps.” They did this to retain a bit of the lore of the series in that many a warrior was able to stand toe to toe with a orc and kill atleast 2-3 before falling. They wanted the freeps to feel outnumbered but not completely devoid of hope during battle. In my honest opinion they did this. As a creep I know what it feels like to be equal in number and still be pushed back and it is disheartening.

  • Some answers to the WoW questions:

The second last boss in Naxxaramas was a Frost Whyrm 😛

    As for the revamped pvp:
In the new PVP system you earn the points the old fashioned way(killing stuff and takeing objectives) But instead of ranking you get a set about of Honor points(that you can purchase items with).
As for arenas there are three difrent sizes 2v2/3v3/5v5
When you win an arena game you gain arena rateing and when you loose a game it goes down.
Each wedensday they give you Arena points(that you can purchace items with) depending on your teams rateing.
