They don't care here in Georgia. I was selling games to gamestop at 15 and buying used ones as well. Can still do that. Don't need a ID or fingerprints

Anyway gamestop said 30% of there profits come from used game sales

It's according to state law, in WA it is considered a pawn transaction and you have to be over 18 with 2 proofs of identity.  When I live in NC and was alot younger I could trade games in at 16-17 with no issues (don't remember if I tried earlier to this or not)

It's still basically all I play. I've come to the conclusion that I shouldn't even try to revisit older MMOs (EQ2, Rift) and just hold off until FF14 or Wildstar. Going back never ends up going very well for me.

Sweet! We should start a DOTA 2 guild when that goes live.  I want to get back into playing DOTA more if I can find the time.
