I don't know it seems that my characters got lost in the transfer way back when they were still free.. I know they aren't on the EU server but there's nothing on the NA servers either.. contacting support atm..
Keen's got lost as well until he entered a valid billing method. When he did he was able to see them finally. Also, you have to log in twice in order to change your billing method, really odd. If you want help Dawnwarden, just log into Keen's vent tonight and I can walk you through it.
The ticket was submitted to Aventurine we'll see what happens.. Actually probably a good thing with some homework assignments I have to get around to doing.
