Pretty sure LoL has stolen tons of DOTA champion concepts too.

Its no surprise LoL steals concepts from DotA. That image and concept of Ursa has been around for many, many years. Years before LoL was even a pipe dream.

I can't see how this could be theft anyway since the Dota 2 Ursa icon was leaked in September, well before Volibear's art design was even teased at.
